Our story
Ellis Laue was specifically named after Max von Laue, the physicist awarded the Nobel Prize for discovering X-ray diffraction by crystals—revealing structure inside what looked opaque. That is not a brand flourish; it is the namesake.
Laue Labs continues that spirit. Our Diffraction logo is an X-ray crystallography scatter pattern on purpose: a reminder that careful observation turns mystery into measurable form.
We design engineering projects that refuse black boxes. Every pack starts from a builder’s question—How does a finger bend? How does a beam of light become a doorbell?—and walks the path from physics to a finished machine with clear steps, sourceable parts, and honest explanations.
